New look site

First post for ages! I got sick of having to deal with PHP and MySQL updates with my hosting provider, and since I have more awareness of how to handle static site generators, decided the time was right for a revamp! Styling for us non-designers had become a lot easier in the age of AI as well. So no more wordpress! This site is courtesty of ChatGPT for the theme, and GLM 5.3-Flash for the structure. It uses Astro for generating, which allows me to use things like react so I can add dynamic features in the future if I so choose.

I’ve (well GLM has) ported all the posts from wordpress, so all the classic content is still there for the three of you that actually visit this site.

There is lots more stuff that I fully intend to add and fill out, but probably won’t get around to.
